About College

Chikkaballapura, in the Indian state of Karnataka, serves as the district capital. The birthplace of the famous engineer and politician Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvarayya, Muddenahalli, lies within 3 km. The first of its type in India, the 400 million dollar Pharmaceutical Special Economic Zone (SEZ) is being built at Chickkaballapur on 325 acres (1.32 km). Additionally, for Rs 50 lakhs, a brand-new District Government Headquarters with police headquarters are now under construction. In addition, the state government is allocating approximately Rs 1 crore for infrastructure improvements and sanitation system expansions in the city. Chickballapur is expected to join “Greater Bangalore ” due to recent growth.

The Chikkaballapura Institute of Medical Sciences has its roots in the city of Chikballpura in the Indian state of Karnataka. MBBS is the undergraduate medical course taught in medical college. Campus

The 57.24-acre location planned for the Medical Sciences is in the Chickballapura taluk, close to the village of Arooru and the Bengaluru-Hyderabad Asian Highway-44.

Lab

There is a health centre on campus equipped to handle minor medical emergencies.

Library

All students have access to the college library. The library’s main reading room is where both students and professors may peruse the collection of books and Indian and international periodicals available there. There are far too many books and magazines for this little library to house. A wide variety of sports are available on campus, and contests are held often.

Hospitals

The Hospital is the highest level of medical treatment available in the area. 

Hostel

The hostel has a reasonable rate of 70,000 per night. The signup process is quick and easy. A cupboard and cot provide the chambers. Three people are assigned to each room. Excellent and nutritious food quality College is where you sign up for the dorm. The proximity of many PGs to universities is convenient.

Food

Students and faculty may have lunch at the college’s cafeteria.

Transportations

For a bit of cost, college buses will take students and teachers wherever in the city. The shuttle service may bring students to their clinical rotations at local hospitals.

Scholarship

There are no external scholarship opportunities; only citizens meeting government requirements will be funded. A combination of two variables determines each division’s fee.

• I’ve looked at NITs and IIITs, but with the family’s meagre resources and the great distance between us, I can’t justify leaving here to be with them. Everything was normal. An admissions committee will assist applicants throughout the application period. The institution offers Direct admission via either a counselling or management quota system. Admissions officers often look for candidates with at least 60% from the previous year and no backlogs. The minimum age requirement is 17. The department head will double-check all of your past work. 
• Including both full-time and part-time workers, each department here employs up to 50 individuals. Although we have some new professors, our faculty has a lot of expertise. Because of the instructional approach, you should expect to score well enough on your semester examinations. However, unlike the lower classes, one must still prepare for the business independently since BTech would never provide you with a spoon-feeding experience. There are three terms in a semester, with an interval of one and a half months between the first and second. Term 3 will begin one week following the end of Term 2. I would never tell you that the conditions are so demanding that you cannot possibly pass them. Even if you’re not in class regularly, you can still pass the exam with enough preparation. Even if we don’t think it’s secondary, it’s crucial to remember that a minimum attendance rate of 85% is required before semester examinations may be taken.
• All workshops so projects will have access to placement help, and classrooms will be well-equipped thanks to the expertise of faculty. All students are guaranteed jobs at multinational corporations by taking us to off-campus placement fairs. The institution has a dedicated Placement unit to find internships and employment for every student. TCS, TECH MAHINDRA, VIT, INFOSYS, WIPRO, etc., will all visit campus for placements, so students should be able to find work after graduation. To ensure that all students are placed in MNCs, the university even transports them to a centralised campus placements office. There is a dedicated placement office at the university. The institution hosts an annual inter-college festival known as SAMBRAMA, and each department regularly hosts technical and non-technical workshops on a national and international scale. That provides the learner with information beyond what is required for the course.
