About College

The Mohammadiya Educational Society, an Indian registered society, promotes the Fathima Institute of Medical Sciences in Ramarajupalli, Pulivendula Road, Kadapa. To achieve its goals, the society’s first active region will be limited to the Kadapa district’s revenue limitations, and it will later expand to other locations within Andhra Pradesh and other Indian states. 

Since its establishment in 2010, the medical college known as FIMS Kadapa has provided top-notch undergraduate medical education. The FIMS Kadapa campus also offers a few postgraduate degrees. In 1996, the AQJ organization was established. The group has achieved incredible strides within the sphere of education since then. 

Due to the group’s rapid growth, they own up to 15 institutions throughout Andhra Pradesh. The AQJ Group also includes the Maqbool Hussain Educational Welfare Society and the Mohammad Vaziruddin Educational Society. The present dean of Fathima Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa, is Dr. L.C. Obulesu.

MBBS Course

MBBS is the undergraduate medical course taught in medical college. The basic course structure includes studying of Biochemistry, Physiology, Anatomy, Microbiology, Pathology, Forensic medicine and Pharmacology. The MBBS undergraduate course runs for 5.5 years with a mandatory Internship training with the affiliated hospitals for the college.
