About College

In Nantong, Jiangsu province, China, there is a medical college called Nantong University Xinglin College Faculty of Medicine. It was started in 1978 and has ties to Nantong University. Dr Huang Yuzhang, a prominent Chinese medical researcher and educator, created the college. Dr Wang Xuejun is the college’s current dean. 

Nantong University was formed by the merger of three public undergraduate colleges: Nantong Medical College, Nantong Engineering College, and Nantong Normal College. Zhang Jian, a notable modern businessman and educator, built the former Nantong Medical College and Nantong Engineering College, whose predecessors were the Private Nantong Medical Specialized School and Nantong Textile Specialized School, respectively, in 1912.

MBBS is the undergraduate medical course taught in medical college. The basic course structure includes studying of Biochemistry, Physiology, Anatomy, Microbiology, Pathology, Forensic medicine and Pharmacology.
