Sri Balaji Medical College, Hospital and Research Institute, Chittoor, is a medical college near Chromepet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. It was established in 2003 and is affiliated to Bharath University. The college offers MBBS degrees and postgraduate courses in various medical specialities. The college’s founder is Dr. M.K. Rajagopalan, and the current dean is Dr. S. Ramalingam. The college aims to provide quality health care and promote social responsibility among its students.

The college’s curriculum follows the guidelines of the Medical Council of India and Bharath University. The college has 25 departments with well-qualified faculty and modern facilities. MBBS is the undergraduate medical course taught in medical college.
