About College

Sri Venkateswara University is a State University established by the Tamil Nadu Private Universities Act 2019. The Government of Tamil Nadu granted the Sponsoring Body university status under Government Order GO Ms. No 81, Higher Education Department (K2) Dt 26.02.2021. The University plans to build world-class facilities at its campuses around the State to support teaching medicine, dentistry, paramedicine, nursing, and agriculture. The institution owns Sri Venkateswaraa Medcity, a 300-bed medical college hospital. The institution works to provide students with a firm foundation in fundamental skills and a solid grounding in technology advancements that will prepare them to handle the most recent developments in health care & research.

MBBS is the undergraduate medical course taught in medical college.
